Initial phone call and/or personal meeting to discuss details of wedding and what I will do for you as your coordinator. This ensures a good working relationship.
1 Consultation appointment to be used at your discretion with unlimited email and phone communication with any wedding related questions you need answered.
Review your Vendor Contracts.
Vendor Referrals. We will provide you with a list of our favorite vendors from caterers, photographers, DJ's, bakeries, and more. We do not coordinate your vendors or check availability unless you hire us for the planning package. We will coordinate with your vendors on timeline as we get close to your wedding date.
One On Site venue walkthrough -30-60 days prior to the event. This allows us to assist with the venue layout and guest flow.
Create Timeline based on vendors times to ensure all coordinate in proper order.
Rehearsal - 1 Hour on Day prior to wedding to make sure everyone knows what to do at the ceremony and transfer items from bride that need to be set up day of wedding.
Deliver and set up your personal items at venue.
Day of Coordination - 10 Hours Total - Arrive up to 4 hours prior to start of ceremony and stay up to 1 hour after reception for clean up personal items. (Based on 5 hour ceremony/reception) Time can be added to this if necessary.
Placement of favors, escort cards, table numbers, guestbook, signs, programs, etc.
Provide Emergency Kit for Bride for anything we may need last minute!
Assist Wedding Party and family throughout the day.
Coordinate Grand Exit
Collect all personal items and gifts at the end of the night.
ONE Assistant will be provided to help with day of coordination dependent on wedding size and difficulty.
* Weddings over 60 miles may require accommodations for planner and assistant up to 2 nights.
